Suggested Order of Application Process
| 1 | Start and Complete TX CHL Application Online HERE. |
| 2 | At the End of the TX CHL Application you will be asked if you want to make an appointment for fingerprints, you should select yes. If you select no, you can make an appointment HERE. |
| 3 | Get Passport Photos taken anywhere you like. |
| 4 | Attend CHL Class. |
| 5 | Mail in Certificate of Training and Passport Photos. |
